Exchange Policy
We strive to make our product listings as accurate and descriptive as possible so customers can make informed choices. Before dispatching the orders, we conduct multi-layer quality checks to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition.
In case you are unsatisfied with the item(s), we would be happy to help you with exchanges. Note: Returns are not accepted at the moment.
Exchange Eligibility
· Exchanges are applicable only for domestic orders.
· Item(s) must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original packaging and tags.
· Exchange requests based on colour differences, fabric quality, or material expectations will not be entertained due to variations in display settings.
· Exchanges are valid only for orders placed on www.stylejaipur.com.
Exchange Process
· Raise an exchange request within 72 hours of delivery.
· An exchange fee of ₹200 per article will be charged.
· For damaged or incorrect products, email us at stylezglobal26@gmail.com within 72 hours.
· Pickup will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, customers must self-ship to our warehouse.
· Reverse pickup depends on service availability at your pin code.
· Once received, the product undergoes quality inspection. Approved exchanges will be dispatched within 24-48 working hours.
· Only one exchange per order is allowed. Multiple exchanges for the same order will not be entertained.
· Exchange orders are not eligible for further exchange.
· Exchange is applicable only for same price or higher value items.

Self-Shipping of Orders for Exchange
If reverse pickup is unavailable at your location, courier the product(s) to:

• Ensure items are securely packed.
• Mention Order ID and registered mobile number on the package.
• Items must be unused, with tags and original packaging intact.
• Use Speed Post for reliable service.
Cancellation Policy
· COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
· Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.

· We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:
• Unavailability of fabrics/raw materials
• Incorrect product listing or pricing
• Fraudulent activities flagged by our system
• Any other unforeseen operational reasons
· The company’s decision regarding cancellations is final and binding.
Refund Policy
No refunds or returns are provided once products are sold and delivered. Only size exchange is available as per the exchange policy.
